I got this cd a long time ago at Target store, but mine got scratched. I have to reorder another one at amazon. It is a very relaxing music cd and I love almost every track of this cd. It relaxes my mine so well. I play this cd while driving because it will calm you down from trying to speed. I also play it while I have a glass of wine in the middle of the night. It put me to sleep quickly, too. So highly recommend this cd if you want to calm yourself and to relax your mind.
